Say how firm, and what to skip

You don't need massage words. Your therapist asks, then checks again halfway. A page in Spanish and English lists the words people use and the places you can ask us to leave alone.

  • "A little firmer, please." · "Un poco más firme, por favor."

  • "Lighter here." · "Más suave aquí."

  • "Please skip my feet." · "Por favor, no me toque los pies."

Questions

What people ask first

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Salomé and Leobardo both speak Spanish and English. The talk before and during your session, the booking form and this site are in either language, whichever you prefer.

Can I come straight from work?

Yes. Come as you are. There is a sink to wash up, and you undress only as far as you are comfortable, under a sheet. Arrive a few minutes early so the session keeps its full time.

How long should I book?

Thirty minutes is enough for one or two areas. Sixty minutes covers most of the body. Ninety minutes lets us slow down and go back over what you ask for. If you are unsure, book sixty.

What if I don't know how firm I like it?

Start with "medium" and say more or less as we go. Your therapist asks at the start, checks again partway through and again near the end. The page on what to tell your therapist lists words you can use in either language.

Will I be undressed?

You undress to your comfort and lie under a sheet or blanket. Only the area being worked on is uncovered. You can keep your underwear on.
