Massage

Deep tissue

Slow, firm pressure on the large muscles, worked at the pace you set. Deep does not mean hard to take: it means slow, and it means you stay in charge.

Choose thirty, sixty or ninety minutes. Salomé works with her hands and thumbs; Leobardo uses his forearms for broad pressure on the legs, hips and shoulders. Either way, you are covered by a sheet and only the area being worked is uncovered.

Good to know

  • Pressure is checked at the start, halfway and near the end

  • Say "lighter" or "firmer" at any point, in either language

  • Book with Salomé or with Leobardo

How it runs

A deep tissue session, step by step

  1. 01

    Step 1: The talk

A few minutes on how firm you want it and what to leave alone.

  2. 02

    Step 2: The work

Slow passes with steady pressure, then more time where you ask.

  3. 03

    Step 3: The check

A pause halfway and near the end to ask if the pressure still suits you.
